Crouch (pictured) started as an intern in 2013 and joins more than a third of the agency staff who have been made joint-owners and awarded an equity share in the business.

A quarter of Opinium’s equity was released to staff across all levels during its first 10 years. Its policy is to release a further 25% so that ultimately half of the agency will be owned by its employees.
