Hammond (pictured) has joined Opinium from ITV, where she spent four years as commercial research executive, having started out on the apprenticeship channel at the television company.

Jordan McLaren has also been appointed as research executive at Opinium, and was previously a research executive at Northstar.

The company has also appointed Oliver White, previously of IFF Research, as research executive.

Four interns – Cameron Hatter, Emily Arnold, Isabel Meisl and Tamara Strabel – have also joined Opinium.

The intern programme at Opinium is paid and lasts 12 months.

James Endersby, chief executive at Opinium, said: “We’re really pleased to have made a number of new hires already this financial year. We’ve been able to expand our consulting teams in both the US and UK by 43% since the start of last year.”
