AUSTRALIA— Open Mind Research Group has merged with Hall & Partners in Australia, having run a joint venture with the UK-headquartered agency since October last year.
The merged company, trading as Hall & Partners | Open Mind, is owned in equal shares by Hall & Partners, Diversified Marketing Services and Open Mind founder Vicki Arbes.
Arbes (pictured) will lead the merged business as CEO, with Louise McCann, Nicola Hepenstall and Anna Box as managing partners. McCann was previously managing partner of the joint venture business, while Hepenstall and Box were partners in Open Mind.
Hall & Partners’ global CEO Vanella Jackson said: “I am excited about the huge potential of Hall & Partners and Open Mind Research coming together to form a new global boutique consultancy in Australia. We all look forward to an inspiring partnership and to creating outstanding, high quality work.”
