UK — Online retailer One Kings Lane has selected EasyInsites to build and manage its custom US panel.
The panel will be comprised of both One Kings Lane members and consumers across the US, with particular emphasis on One Kings Lane markets. It will be used for quick polls and forum discussions to support decisions across the business.
Corinne Gillespie, head of customer insights at One Kings Lane (pictured), said: “Partnering with EasyInsites enables us to obtain thoughtful feedback directly from consumers, and as a result, evolve our site experience and exceed shopper expectations.”
