Nunwood aligns Fizz to new CEM agency focus

UK — Nunwood has released the latest version of its Fizz system, which focuses on “insight-powered customer experience management”. It will be known as Fizz: Experience Management.

Nunwood says the updated system is designed to allow customer directors and operational leaders to manage people and best practic, by integrating feedback from multiple sources. This should mean that executives are able to develop customer experience programmes driven by real-time insights.

Clare Bruce, Nunwood CEO, said: “For many businesses, new feedback systems just mean more reports… Nine out of ten customer programmes fail to deliver competitive advantage. Fizz tackles this by integrating, simplifying and recommending, not just data but also toolkits and training materials on how to improve and where a company may require support.”

The move comes four months after Nunwood acquired California-based customer experience training and change management agency Retention Specialists.
