Nielsen Online boss Tom Drouillard gets top Scarborough job
Drouillard (pictured) replaces Scarborough’s executive vice president Gregg Lindner, who had been overseeing day-to-day operations over the past year but moved to Arbitron in October. Bob Cohen, Scarborough’s president since 1995, has been on extended medical leave and will not be returning.
He joins from Nielsen Online where he had been serving as president since 2008, and previously had spells with media and marketing agencies Claritas, Interactive Market Systems, and SRDS.
Sean Creamer, Arbitron’s EVP of US media services said: “We are very excited to bring Tom on board. He has an exceptional leadership background that includes sales, marketing, product development and research. He has distinctly demonstrated the ability to provide the valued services necessary to help clients enhance ROI.”
Nielsen’s EVP of corporate development Thom Mastrelli added: “Tom will leverage his overall business leadership experiences to create new local market product solutions that support Scarborough clients in their evolving cross-platform information needs.”
