Nielsen hires chief human resources officer

She was most recently executive vice-president and chief human resources officer at Broadcom Corporation.

Phillips’ experience spans technology and digitally focused organisations. Prior to Broadcom, she was with Hewlett-Packard where she led the HR organisation for HP’s Enterprise Services business group.

She is succeeding Mary Liz Finn who is retiring.
