Nielsen extends digital advertising effectiveness measurement

US — The availability of Nielsen’s Digital Ad Ratings service in Asian markets is being extended to Singapore, Japan, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand and Malaysia.

The service, which measures digital advertising effectiveness, was already available in China, as well as the US and UK.

The offering is immediately available in Singapore, Japan and Indonesia, with the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia and Mexico set to join.

  • The company has also announced the launch of a worldwide Nielsen Listening Platform, targeted at customers in areas such as retail, telecoms and financial services. Working alongside ResponseTek, the platform has been set up as a customer experience management offering that “brings together industry trends, consumer research and transaction-level insights”.
