New senior hires at Clarity Insights

US – Data analytics consulting firm Clarity Insights has appointed a new chief sales officer and two partners to its healthcare practice.

Debbie Callahan (pictured) has been appointed as chief sales officer, responsible for leading the company’s approach to client solutions. Based in Clarity Insights’ Chicago office, Callahan has more than 30 years of experience in data and analytics consultative sales, marketing and recruitment, and has held positions at Maven Wave Partners and Knightsbridge Solutions.

Paul Sinclair has been named as a partner in the company’s healthcare practice. Previously managing director of business development for KPMG’s healthcare market, Sinclair’s experience includes roles at Allscripts, Prognosis Health Information Systems and Ingenix Consulting. He is based in Kansas City.

The company has also appointed George Gardner-Serra as healthcare practice partner for the West Coast. Based in San Francisco, Gardner-Serra has previously held positions at Kaiser Permanente, BlueShield of California and Accenture.
