NetBooster promotes Armbruster to CEO
Armbruster (pictured) has been with the company for six years, most recently as chief operations officer.
The company has gone through a strategic restructuring in recent years and the senior team changes come as it starts a new phase of international growth. Its aim is to be an established independent global competitor to the big six traditional media networks.
Ringel will remain an independent board member and shareholder. Previous changes have included François de La Villardiere as chairman and Cedric Weinberg also joining the board.
