UK — Research and analytics firm, Nepa UK, has announced a strategic business partnership with Bakamo.Social, the qualitative social media intelligence company.
The partnership will allow the two companies to combine insights. Daniel Fazekas, CEO of Bakamo.Social said: “There are already several proven ways social media intelligence can empower surveys and quantitative data analysis, I expect our partnership to push this further forward.”
Johnny Caldwell, Nepa UK MD said: “Adding Bakamo.Social’s insight to our ActionHub™ platform means that we can now provide our shared clients with an holistic 360 understanding of their consumers’ behaviour. Survey data is enriched with behavioural and business data to transform insights into financial KPI’s that are easier to act upon.”
