UK – The National Centre for Social Research (NatCen) has appointed Molly Schultz Hafid to its international advisory board.
Hafid is executive director at the Butler Family Fund, a family foundation seeking to tackle homelessness and create an equitable criminal justice system.
In addition, Hafid is adjunct assistant professor of public service at New York University’s Robert F Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and part-time faculty at The New School’s Milano School of International Affairs, Management and Urban Policy.
The international advisory board at NatCen provides the organisation with a global outlook and expertise on social policy and practice.
Sherine El Taraboulsi-McCarthy, director at NatCen International, said: “NatCen International has grown significantly over the past two years and this is a very exciting time for us.
“Molly is an exceptional thought leader on philanthropy and grant making in the US and globally. Her insights will be invaluable in helping us refine our strategic focus and expand our impact and our networks.”
