MWW creates AI platform with misinformation tool

US – Public relations agency MikeWorldWide (MWW) has launched a platform combining market intelligence, AI and PR functions to support communications processes.

The platform, called PRISMA Labs.ai, helps users manage reputation, shape relevance, and anticipate risk, linking communications strategy directly to measurable business outcomes. 

Features of the platform include brand intelligence, reputation strategy and stakeholder engagement, predictive messaging and narrative testing, custom AI agents, and insights on audience and influence.

The first PRISMA Labs.ai tool released is PreBunk, which adopts a proactive approach to de-bunk misinformation focused on evaluating how brands are portrayed across AI platforms and identifying inaccuracies, omissions or bias.  

PreBunk can also simulate crises to assess how AI-generated responses hold up under pressure, create content to correct misinformation, help make credible content prioritised by AI systems and monitor AI outputs.

Michael Kempner, founder and chief executive at MWW, said: “Our PRISMA Labs.ai platform reflects MikeWorldWide’s commitment to innovation at the intersection of communication and technology.
