UK— Populus continues to raid the ranks of former ICM staff, hiring Gary Muncaster and Chris Menzies as director and research director respectively.
Muncaster left ICM last year having worked there for 11 years as a director specialising in the area of customer experience measurement. Menzies was with ICM for eight years, latterly as research director in the consumer and omnibus division. He left this month.
The pair join former ICM Direct boss Patrick Diamond, who joined Populus in October last year to lead its new data solutions arm. Tiziana Del Bene, also ex-ICM, was hired by Diamond as deputy MD this summer, while ICM founder Nick Sparrow is a special adviser to the firm.
Populus MD Michael Simmonds said the arrival of Muncaster and Menzies (pictured) signals the start of “a new chapter”.
“Their expertise, knowledge and drive will help Populus expand into new areas while maintaining its reputation for intelligent and insightful research,” said Simmonds.
