MRS celebrates award wins
The MRS website, which was relaunched in early 2018, took the award for Best Website.
MRS was also awarded Best E-Learning/Online Education Initiative for the MRS Certificate in Digital Interviewing Skills, which was developed for the Girl Effect ‘Technology Enabled Girl Ambassadors’ (TEGA) programme. The initiative helps young women to gain qualifications in Malawi, Rwanda, Nigeria, Bangladesh, India and the US.
In other successes, Jane Bainbridge, head of editorial for Research Live and Impact, received a highly commended award for Editor of the Year.
The ‘Research for small businesses’ website launched by MRS in October 2018 was also highly commended in the category of Best Campaign on a Shoestring.
The annual awards ceremony, organised by memcom, highlights the success of organisations in the membership and professional association sector.
