US – Market Research Institute International (MRII) and the University of Georgia Center for Continuing Education have partnered with the Mexican Association of Market Intelligence and Opinion Agencies (AMAI) to make its Principles Express courses available in Mexico and Latin America.
The Principles Express courses focused and in-depth instruction on core topics in market research, and the agreement will see the courses made available in Spanish.
The Spanish-language version of its introduction to data analysis course covers the same core concepts as the original 12-hour English-language version, including: data collection and cleaning, descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, data normality and skewness, and data visualisation.
The Spanish-language Principles Express courses will be incorporated into an AMAI programme, allowing learners to earn a certificate from the Mexican association.
Ed Keller, executive director of the MRII, said: “We have always served a global audience for these industry-leading online educational courses, but we have relied on learners to be proficient in English to take advantage of them.
“We are delighted to be working together with Georgia and AMAI to offer this course in Spanish for the very first time, which we hope and expect will make it even more valuable to market research professionals for whom Spanish is their preferred language.”
Kiel Norris, associate director of continuing education at the Georgia Center, said: “We are excited to collaborate with AMAI on this project to reach audiences outside our traditional sphere of influence.
“Our cooperation aims to facilitate continuous learning and provide exposure to our comprehensive portfolio of market research courses. This is a significant first step in the right direction.”
