MMR Research creates AI sensory research tool

UK – Sensory and consumer research company MMR Research has launched an AI tool to help brands understand, communicate and develop product experiences.

The tool, called Sensory Bot, seeks to integrate sensory feedback across product design, packaging and marketing, as well as mapping sensory cues and their emotional and functional benefits.

Other features include the ability to capture consumer language and reactions to refine products and messaging.

MMR Research specialises in consumer and sensory research in product innovation, and has offices in the UK, US, Brazil, China, Singapore, India, Thailand, Colombia, South Africa and the Netherlands.
