Mixpanel debuts ‘people analytics’ feature

US— Mixpanel, a mobile and web analytics company, has launched a new “people analytics” feature to tie behavioural data to real users.

The aim is to help website owners and app developers use their analytics data to identify and target specific types of customers for marketing and sales purposes.

Mixpanel closed a $10m Series A financing round in May.
