CHILE— Millward Brown has acquired Cadem Advertising, a research agency in Chile that has operated as its licensee in the market for a number of years.
Cadem employs 87 people and key clients include Coca-Cola, Falabella Retail, Nestle, Telefonica and Unilever.
Its unaudited revenues for the year ended 31 December 2011 were approximately US$6.6m with gross assets of approximately US$2.7m.
