UK— Newspaper distributor Menzies Distribution is using Roundpoint’s mobile survey tool to conduct customer satisfaction research among independent retailers.
The Engage tool gives users the chocie of responding to a survey by text message or via the web on their mobile or computer.
Results can be viewed in real time, and a ‘results so far’ page can be shared with respondents to encourage participation.
David Morton, stategic development director at Menzies, said the tool allowed them to reach retailers “quickly and easily” and that the firm intends to adopt it more widely.
