MDC Partners names Freye SVP

US – Marketing services holding group MDC Partners has appointed Robyn Freye as senior vice-president of its marketing and business development team.

Freye joins the company from The Burnett Collective, where she held the role of vice-president. Prior to that, her background includes three years as vice-president, managing director of business development at R/GA, and roles at JWT and Pereira & O’Dell.

Based on the West Coast, Freye will be responsible for driving new client business. She will report to Ryan Linder, the company’s US chief marketing officer.

Linder said: “Robyn’s proven track record of driving agency new business growth and experience working for one of the most respected management and search consultancies will no doubt enhance the ways we build and deepen our relationships with current and prospective clients who are looking to work with some of the most innovative, strategic and creative minds in the industry.”
