UK— Maven Research has hired former Harris Interactive, Harte-Hanks, City Research Group and NOP researcher Graham Craigmile as research director.
In his new role, Craigmile will be responsible for developing new and existing client accounts in the areas of customer and employee loyalty, sizing, transactional satisfaction, branding and pricing.
Previous sector experience includes financial services, technology and telecoms, and the public sector.
Maven managing director Kathryn Courtenay-Evans said: “Graham’s previous experience within the customer satisfaction and loyalty arena fits perfectly with Maven’s core business, and his focus on working with clients to develop their research needs and to make best use of their research data is an essential part of the mix.”
