US – Customer experience management company Market Force Information has launched a social review aggregation tool called SocialForce Reviews.
The product gives restaurants, retailers and other large businesses the ability to track reviews from multiple social media feeds and respond to negative posts.
SocialForce Reviews is linked directly to its platform KnowledgeForce, which allows businesses to collect, integrate and visualise location-level customer experience data about their brands.
The addition of this new tool to the KnowledgeForce platform complements existing data streams, such as mystery shopping feedback, customer satisfaction surveys, employee engagement surveys, social media analyses and contact centre interactions.
Cheryl Flink, chief strategy officer for Market Force, said: “It is critical for multi-location businesses to have a solid grasp on how each location is delivering against their brand promise and customer experience metrics, but it can be hard to keep up with every online review.”
