US/GERMANY— Maritz Research has acquired US-based Evolve24, which analyses what is being said in traditional and social media.
Evolve24 looks at consumer perceptions of brands, products and services, and will contribute to Maritz’s customer satisfaction work. Its clients include Yahoo, Ford and MasterCard.
The firm, headquartered in St Louis, Missouri, also provides primary market research services, allowing clients to combine media analysis data with findings from surveys and focus groups.
Founder and CEO Anthony Sardella (pictured) said he was proud to be joining a company that is adapting and aligning itself with changing market conditions.
Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
