US – Business strategy firm Magid has recruited Rob Hernandez as senior vice-president of qualitative research in its consumer and commercial brands group.
Hernandez has a background in insights covering financial services, e-commerce, retail and healthcare, and will be based in Chicago.
He was previously a senior vice-president of research and insights at GBH Insights, and has also held senior and executive vice-president roles at Ipsos and GfK.
Craig Wax, executive vice-president and head of Magid’s consumer and commercial brands group, said: “Rob’s experience in innovation and developing strategic qualitative insights makes him an exciting addition to our team.
“His expertise will make an immediate and direct impact on our client relationships.”
