Lightspeed promotes Kelly to operations role
Kelly (pictured) joined the firm in 2010 and will now focus on aligning client and panel operations together to “leverage efficiencies and strengthen the company’s offer to clients”, according to a statement.
Over the course of his 20-year career in market research Kelly has held roles with TNS, Nielsen and Greenfield Online. He has also worked in research roles with Colgate Palmolive Company and Sherwin Williams.
CEO Chris Urinyi said: “Frank’s exceptional depth of experience in panel and operations management make him ideally suited for this role at this critical time, when respondent sourcing and sampling are key focuses as we implement new methods of reaching and surveying consumers.”
