US – Digital data collection company Lightspeed has introduced its mobile engagement app, LifePoints, in the UK and Australia.
LifePoints was first introduced in the US in June this year, improving the way surveys could be conducted as mobile use has grown.
Edan Portaro, executive vice-president strategic alliances and global strategy, Lightspeed said: “LifePoints is our cornerstone for engaging consumers in the moment and on the go. Via efforts such as our 90 Day Mobile Promotion and the expansion of our LifePoints app as a vehicle for delivering mobile surveys, we’ve seen the number of device agnostic surveys double globally since the US launch.”
LifePoints will roll out to additional markets through 2017 and 2018.
