Krow Communications acquired by The Mission
The move will add to the group’s marketing services offering, with Krow gaining access to the company’s expertise in shopper marketing, digital and data.
The Mission will align Krow with its integrated agency Bigdog. As part of the move, Bigdog’s London staff will relocate to Krow’s building, though the company will keep its own brand and management team, led by James Clifton.
Founded in 2005, Krow’s clients include DFS and Fiat and the agency employs 65 people. The company’s founders, Barry Cook, Nick Hastings, John Quarrey, and Malcolm White will continue to manage Krow, reporting to The Mission board.
The Mission owns 15 agencies in the UK, including Bray Leino, Chapter and Story.
David Morgan, executive chairman of The Mission (pictured), said: “Krow’s team members share our values and their position in the market, strategic expertise, creativity and strong senior team will complement our portfolio of agencies and increase our important foothold in London.”
