US— Social media tools company KickApps has unveiled a community insights dashboard through which clients can track discussions, identify influencers and understand sentiment among users of their websites.
Sports teams such as the San Francisco 49ers, the New York Rangers and the Seattle Seahawks have built social networks around the KickApps platform.
The company’s senior vice president of products Mike Sommers (pictured) said: “Finding value in the abundance of real-time information can be extremely challenging for businesses using social media to engage with their customers. KickApps Insights goes far beyond mere web analytics by putting filtered and relevant data and analysis into the hands of people that can use this information to make better business decisions.”
