UK & US – WPP-owned Kantar TNS and experience management firm Qualtrics have teamed up to offer a global customer experience solution.
The partnership will allow clients to identify and optimise customer insights through the Qualtrics integrated customer experience technology platform, and will offer brand insights, customer data, market comparisons and industry intelligence via Kantar TNS and the wider WPP network.
The Qualtrics Experience Management Platform includes role-based dashboards, case management, CRM integration, and features built on artificial intelligence.
Philips is one of the clients to have adopted the new solution for its customer experience programme.
Richard Ingleton, chief executive at Kantar, said the partnership with Qualtrics would allow Kantar TNS clients to "embed a customer focus throughout their organisation" and "create strong customer relationships.”
John Torrey, chief corporate development officer at Qualtrics, said the combined offer would bring clients "full-service customer experience solutions".
