Kantar Public hires behavioural insights head in Singapore

SINGAPORE – Kantar’s policy evidence and advisory division Kantar Public has appointed Chor Mui as its first head of behavioural insights, communications and experience design.

In the newly created role based in Singapore, Mui (pictured) will work on combined approaches for the company’s government and public sector clients, including strategy development and integrating behavioural insights with communications and experience design work.

Mui was previously head of communications planning, Asia-Pacific, at Publicis Media. Prior to that, she held roles at McCann Worldgroup, Asian Development Bank and Booz & Co.

Mui took up the role at Kantar Public on 19th April.

Sandra Lim, managing director, Kantar Public Singapore, said: “Chor Mui is an all-rounded communications strategist and experience designer. With her academic grounding in public policy and design thinking, in this new role she will offer our clients integrated strategic thinking, innovative ideas and execution grounded in human-centred processes and outcomes.”
