Kantar partners with tech provider ActiveGroup

News UK

US/UK— Kantar has partnered with US research technology firm ActiveGroup to provide video streaming, live chat and other tools for qualitative research worldwide.

Video streaming services will allow focus groups from around the world to be viewed live remotely, while other tools will enhance online offerings.

Ken Balog, president of ActiveGroup, said the partnership “represents a significant opportunity for both ActiveGroup and Kantar companies to extend the reach and impact of our methodologies and technologies”.

Kantar’s CIO Matthew Graham-Hyde said the new services were being introduced “after extensive global testing”.

Equipment is currently being installed at Kantar locations around the world, and the new services will be made available to clients over the next few months.
