UK — Join the Dots has promoted Paul Child to talent director, having previously worked as the agency’s research operations director and research director.
In his new role, Child will take responsibility for the overall management, promotion and direction of a newly established in-house learning centre, the ‘dotacademy’, as well as a new graduate development programme.
Quentin Ashby, managing director at Join the Dots, said “We believe that as the consumer world continues to evolve, the skillset required from researchers working with a variety of data sources, to produce clear and credible insight, will need to keep pace with that change. The introduction of dotacademy will mean we can ensure our clients work with fantastic people, well equipped to help them face the challenges ahead.”
Prior to joining Join the Dots in 2008, Child worked at Harris, NOP & Research International.
