Itracks launches first mobile app service
The firm, which is formally unveiling the app at the Corporate Researchers Conference in Dallas this week, says the app will be used for conducting qualitative research in the field, so that respondent insights can be captured “in the moment”.
The move follows the addition of video response and reporting capabilities to Itracks’ online discussion board software in July. The company says the mobile app will be fully integrated with them.
Users can post text and video and dictated responses to discussions. The app also allows mobile notifications to link to it, customisable interfaces and private client and moderator communication. It can be used offline as well.
Jeffrey Hayzlett, Itracks chairman (pictured), says: “Brands will benefit from the valuable insights provided by users experiencing their products and services in real time. Market researchers can grow their businesses by leveraging the mobile app.”
