Itracks boosts US management with industry veterans

CANADA— Online focus group specialist Itracks has appointed two industry veterans to core US account management teams.

The company, which says it is embarking on aggressive product development, has hired Steve Valigosky (pictured), formerly the director business development with Ipsos Observer and vice president and account executive with TNS Custom Research. He will lead initiatives in the midwest US.

In addition Dale Watts, former owner/principal of Market Catalyst, where he used Itracks’ online products, will be managing the south-east US region. Previous roles during his 25 years in the market research industry include vice president of Market Probe and account group director for Millward Brown.

Alan Mavretish, Itracks’ VP of client development, said: “The new team members bring a vast amount of client relationship management and market research experience to help facilitate growth in our clients’ online research practices.”

Robert Burron, who has several years of customer service experience, will also take a leadership role in supporting Itracks’ clients.
