Ipsos launches virtual store testing platform
The platform (screengrab pictured) allows users to test various scenarios to assess product launches, packaging design and price. It includes 2D and 3D shelf views, 360-degree virtual store environments and a tool offering views of the e-commerce setting.
The software is now available in the company’s 89 markets.
Ian Payne, global solution leader, pack, Ipsos, said: “Simstore is an ideal approach for assessing package designs in the context of a realistic shelf and e-commerce setting. This virtual tool lets clients evaluate a myriad of package designs before they build prototypes.”
