Intersperience launches online research community

UK— Research consultancy Intersperience has launched an online insight community that will be available to clients on an ad hoc basis.

TrendSpot panellists are already part of the firm’s Future Thinkers strategic insight programme, which examines three major trends a year and produces reports on consumer behaviour.

With the launch of the ad hoc service, Intersperience says, companies will be able to recruit a specific group of customers for online qualitative projects, including the use of “diaries, forums, online focus groups, brainstorms or smartboards to inform either a strategic initiative or new product.”

The firm is headed by CEO Paul Hudson (pictured).
