US – InsightsNow has hired Karen Lynch (pictured) to expand on its co-creation and co-design methods, which look to uncover sensorial triggers of behaviour.
Lynch’s title at InsightsNow, which specialises in using research to accelerate R&D and marketing innovation, is senior director, qualitative research.
“In every sector, innovation timelines are shrinking and the need to launch more successful products sooner is ever increasing,” said Greg Stucky, chief research officer at InsightsNow.
“Karen’s expertise in insights discovery is a wonderful fit with InsightsNow’s focus on behavioural research and goals to accelerate R&D and marketing innovation by reducing cycle times and getting new products and services to market faster and more successfully.”
Lynch will be working with clients across CPG, personal care, pharmaceuticals, technology and professional services.
