UK – Insight and strategy consultancy Spotty Dog Strategy has launched a toolkit for insights professionals.
The kit contains 24 tools and frameworks and has been designed as an end-to-end best-practice resource for insights teams, according to the company. It is organised into six sections: team, planning, impact, big picture, engagement and innovation.
Tools include a ROI calculator, which assesses the potential impact of particular insight recommendations.
Richard Matthews, founder and managing director, Spotty Dog Strategy, said: "We designed the Toolkit in response to the widespread need we discovered across all industry insight functions, all struggling with similar issues."
