US— Insight Research Group has hired Perry Baldwin to fill the newly created role of chief possibility officer.
Perry (pictured) joins from Doe-Anderson Advertising where he was executive vice president, chief strategic officer and chief operating officer.
At Insight Research Group Perry will be responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing the firm’s brand identity. Additionally, he will be responsible for spearheading employee development and building a “culture” within the firm.
Boaz Mourad, co-CEO at Insight Research Group, said: “We need to build a senior team that both reflects our values and can cultivate our growth with creativity and insight. Perry is a strategist, thought leader and organisation builder – a rare and perfect combination for us.”
