Initiative UK appoints head of consumer insight

UK – Media agency Initiative has appointed Charlotte Eagland as head of consumer insight and analytics.

Eagland (pictured) joins the Interpublic-owned company from performance agency MC&C, where she held the role of head of analytics. Her prior experience also includes data analytics positions at BrandScience and Manning Gottlieb OMD.

She will be responsible for building up the agency’s data, insights and analytical capabilities, and will report to Jed Hallam, Initiative’s recently appointed chief strategy officer.

Richard Morris, chief executive of Initiative UK, said: “Charlotte will be pivotal in spearheading our data and tech offering and will be a huge asset to our agency.”
