Infutor acquires Dunn Data Company

Data analytics M&A News North America

US – Consumer identity management company Infutor has acquired marketing intelligence firm Dunn Data Company for an undisclosed sum.

Based in New York, Dunn Data’s consumer data sets will bolster Infutor’s identity graph.

Through the acquisition, marketers using Infutor’s identity graph will gain access to Dunn’s Consumer Affinity Index, which provides consumer profiles based on digital and offline transactional data including digital shopping carts, catalogue purchases and publisher data.

The deal follows Infutor’s 2018 acquisition of marketing intelligence and automation company Ruf.

Gary Walter, chief executive, Infutor, said: “Last year, we purchased Ruf so we could add actionable intelligence to our identity solutions suite and now with the addition of the Dunn data sets, we have further solidified our expertise with additional attribute intelligence.”
