NEW ZEALAND — Market research software company Infotools has appointed ex-Ipsos MORI director Christina Costa-Connolly to be its regional engagement director in Europe.
Costa-Connolly (pictured) will be based in London and she will provide strategic and practical solutions to clients with local, regional and global consumer insight requirements.
She was previously a loyalty research director at Ipsos MORI where her expertise involved combining consumer feedback with internal diagnostics, stakeholder engagement and embedding.
She has also held the position of director of strategy and analysis for Europe, and was part of the Interpret LLC team.
