UK – Communications agency Influential has appointed Vision One’s Duncan Swan as head of research.
Swan joined full-service market research company Vision One in 2012. His background also includes roles at Mott MacDonald, SGA Research International, TNS Sofres and Adelphi International Research.
Influential said it is expanding its insights team in response to client demand for more research services including concept tests and market surveys. The Liverpool-headquartered agency also has offices in Manchester and London.
Sara Wilde-McKeown, managing director at Influential, said: “Duncan’s appointment will allow us to build on recent successes and offer our clients a greater understanding of their own business. His particular expertise in exploring knowledge that delves into the psychology of consumers will allow us to run in-house programme surveys and base our insights service on the latest thinking and trends in market research.”
