US – 20|20 Research-owned insights agency, iModerate, has added new video capabilities to its online chat tool.
Its individually moderated one-on-one digital conversations can now collect participants’ video responses. Combined with its open-ended text responses, clients can better see and hear consumers for more nuanced insights from their tone of voice and body language.
Julia Eisenberg, vice-president of insights for iModerate, said: “Adding a video response option to iModerate’s current chat technology expands our clients’ access to close-up, authentic insights.
“Researchers want to understand consumers on a deep level. Integrating video into our current approach helps our clients put a face to their customer in a seamless way.”
