ICM names Carruthers as head of qual research

UK — ICM has appointed former Interbrand director Iain Carruthers as head of qualitative research.

Carruthers was most recently an independent consultant, trading as The Encounter Business. Prior to that he worked in the strategy and brand alignment groups within Interbrand, as a consultant to Powergen and Shell UK, as a director at Added Value and as an account director at Millward Brown.
