HubSpot launches AI tools
The tools – called Content Assistant and ChatSpot.AI – use AI systems from OpenAI and aim to create efficiencies for marketing, sales and customer service professionals.
Content Assistant, which is launching in private beta, allows marketing and sales team to create and share content such as blog posts, website pages and marketing emails.
ChatSpot.ai employs a natural language chat-based user experience tool to help users carry out customer relationship management tasks.
Andy Pitre, executive vice-president of product at HubSpot, said: “Advances in AI also have the potential to change the way people use and interact with software.
“We’re excited to launch ChatSpot.ai to experiment with how we can make our software even easier to use.”
