US – Global digital data collection specialist, Lightspeed, has made Shaun Hawley senior vice-president, global supply responsible for strategy and outputs for its Double Opt In panels and member services.
Hawley (pictured) joined the company in April 2017 as director, global healthcare panels and she will retain her healthcare role. Prior to Lightspeed she worked at Lucid, Hall & Partners and Ipsos.
During her time at Lightspeed the company said she had doubled the response rates of newly recruited physicians by updating Lightspeed Health’s panel recruitment strategy and focused recruitment across key specialities.
Hawley was also instrumental in Lightspeed Health’s International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) certifications, maintaining both ISO 20252 and 26362 accreditations globally.
Caroline Frankum, global chief executive officer, said: “Shaun has proven to be an ambitious leader with exceptional abilities. At a time when research panels are undergoing a genuine and unpredictable transformation, we are focused on strengthening our core assets with more tech-enabled and data driven inputs; Shaun, with a combination of vendor relations, operations, panel management and SaaS experience, is uniquely qualified to lead this effort.”
