UK – Market research agency Harris Interactive has launched a digital research solution allowing clients to test the impact and design of new packaging.
The PackTest Express product is part of the agency’s digital new product development (NPD) research suite. It will allow clients to test and refine features, messaging, claims and price on new products.
Using Toluna’s research automation technology, the product works alongside the newly launched concept testing service, Concept Express.
Toluna parent company ITWP Acquisitions acquired Harris Interactive Europe in 2014.
Debbie Senior, vice-president of automated products (pictured), said: “Our automated approach enables us to scope out projects, launch them to specific target audiences, and deliver real time results, all within the same day.”
