Happy Thinking People hires three
Kathrin Wilfong (pictured left) has joined as project director, and is a former Kantar Health employee based in the company’s Munich office.
Wilfong speaclises in healthcare and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), as well as communications development, marketing mix optimization, brand performance marketing, implicit measurement and behavioural change approaches.
Veronica Freni (pictured right) has been appointed to Happy Thinking People’s Munich office as project manager.
Freni has worked for more than a decade in market research starting out at her family’s research company Freni Ricerche di Marketing before spells at Spinach, Blauw and Toluna in London.
In addition, Freni is also a part-time lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich.
Marta Kuszyk-Goraya (pictured centre) has been named project manager at Happy Thinking People’s Berlin office.
She was previously based in Poland and worked for companies including Ipsos, IQS and Blink.
Kuszyk-Goraya specialises in behavioural economics, innovation research, concept labs and ethnographic investigations, with a focus on FMCG, beauty and personal care, food and drinks, and home care.
Happy Thinking People was founded in 1989 in Munich and has offices in Berlin, Zurich, Paris and Delhi.
